The Social Administration in Klippan municipality, area of operations Support for Functioning, is now looking for three structured and solution-focused administrators for full-time positions. Your mission is crucial for us to be able to offer good living conditions, participation, and self-determination for users. You work closely with unit managers, staffing planners, personnel groups, substitutes, and play an important role in ensuring that the right staff with the right skills are in place.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of administrator within support for functioning, you have a key position where you make a difference every day for both colleagues and users. You are responsible, together with the unit manager, for ensuring that the operations are always staffed with the right number of employees, with the right skills, and you ensure that this is done both resource-efficiently and sustainably, without compromising quality. The area of responsibility covers seven residences with special services according to LSS, housing support with some planning, daily activities, and short-term accommodation/supervision. In your daily work, you handle orders and absences in the staffing system, keep track of and approve items that affect payroll payments, such as overtime, absence, and vacation. With your ability to structure, you plan introductions and training, ensure that colleagues receive the right delegation, and that no one is forgotten in the planning.

You coordinate staffing and schedules, in close collaboration with the unit manager, staffing planner, and employees. You co-plan resource shifts and allocate surplus staff where they are most needed. You support unit managers in scheduling everything from employee conversations to salary discussions. You keep track of when someone has been absent a bit too often and take the initiative for care conversations together with the manager because we care about each other.

You are also an important support in recruitment; you create job advertisements, plan and participate in interviews, and are involved all the way from start to finish. QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with good knowledge of scheduling and staffing planning. To succeed in the role of administrator, you need to have high digital maturity and be accustomed to working in various digital systems such as personnel systems, scheduling programs, and documentation, and preferably have experience with tools such as Excel, Visma, Multi Access (MA), TimeCare Pool, Microsoft Teams, and LifeCare.

Post-secondary education in, for example, human resources, personnel administration, or other relevant education is a requirement. It is also an advantage if you have experience from the support for functioning area and hold a B driver's license.

We need someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while being able to maintain a calm and methodical approach. You are strategic, driven, flexible, and efficient, and have a good ability to plan and structure your work independently.

You will have the privilege of meeting many different types of people, which places high demands on your communicative ability to be clear and professional. It is important that you see value in collaboration and have an easy time adapting your communication to the recipient.
